Over half of the space will be ready by 2022.

By 2022, offices in Marina Bay/Raffles Place precinct will take 2.67 million sq ft out of the 7.9 million sq ft of gross floor area (GFA), reported Singapore Business Review citing Knight Frank Research.

Over half, or 1.53 million sq ft of the space, is scheduled to launch in 2022, while 755,000 sq ft will be launched by 2021. Lastly, around 384 sq ft will be out in 2020.

Next on the list after Marina Bay are suburban offices, which will have a GFA of 1.68 million sq ft, and Shenton Way precinct which will take up 1.26 million sq ft of the said incoming office supply.
