Real estate management services group LHN plans to launch a mixed-use development at 1557 Keppel Road by mid-February.

Located at the fringe of the Central Business District, the integrated space is close to Outram Park and Tanjong Pagar MRT stations as well as the upcoming Cantonment MRT station. It will feature three blocks spanning over 96,299.05 sq ft and will be used for residential and commercial purposes.

Block C, the main block of the development, will be dedicated to office spaces. Each level of the three-storey block is around 24,000 sq ft, with the units having a high ceiling height of between 5.5m and 6.5m. The block also comes with a gym and in-house dining options for tenants and workers.

In a release on Monday (4 January), LHN revealed that it expects the block to attract commercial tenants such as shipping companies, clinics, back-end banking, information technology, insurance and e-commerce providers

Blocks A and B, on the other hand, will house 47 units of serviced apartments under the Coliwoo brand of the group. Each unit will be equipped with smart TVs, kitchenettes, fridges, microwaves and a washer cum dryer. There will also be a garden area that doubles as a communal space.

1557 Keppel Road is the second mixed-use development of LHN Group. 10 Raeburn Park – its first integrated project – also serves as the group’s headquarters.

“Recognising the changing market demands for co-living and working spaces, we’ve created our second integrated development with modern working professionals and their lifestyles in mind,” said Kelvin Lim, Executive Chairman, Executive Director & Group Managing Director of LHN Group.

“With co-working spaces, serviced apartments, dining options and recreational facilities all built within the development, tenants can work, live and play in one environment. As experts in space optimisation, we’re continuously looking for opportunities to curate properties that cater to communities of the future.”
